Project no.5

Designed with a minimal and simple design approach, the apartment has a bedroom on the mezzanine floor, as well as a dressing room and a bathroom.

 

The open kitchen and dining area are located opposite each other in the flat with a total area of 45 square meters. The building has a single façade that receives light, so a gallery space has been created in order for the living room and bedroom to receive as much light as possible from the façade.

 

The staircase in the center has been designed with a hollow design concept, with a steel skeleton and intermittent steps so that it does not cast a shadow on the dining area and the entrance corridor.
